  • The Joy of Christmas.

Hey LCKids and families! With Christmas right around the corner, our children are preparing a special Christmas program, and there is still time for your children to participate in "The Joy of Christmas". Even though the meals are ending for the season, we will still rehearse on Wednesdays, Nov 19, after the packing party, Dec 3 during the Festival of Tables, and Dec 10 and Dec 17, and on Sundays at 10:15 am. The final rehearsal will be Saturday, Dec 20, at 10:30 am in the community room.

We will also be participating and singing at the Christmas Tree lighting in Waynesville on November 22, meeting at the courthouse for caroling at 4:30 pm, and at 5:20 pm at the Police Station, and singing at the Tree Lighting. For a successful and delightful program, we need the commitment and support from all of our LCKids, Staff, Volunteers, and Parents. Help us share the love of Jesus and the Joy of Christmas. Please contact Mary Steadman to receive links, CD or a thumb drive of songs you can practice with your children daily or to ask about any schedule changes at 828-708-9638.
