Fit For The King

A fit body aids in meeting the physical and emotional demands of modern life.  The body needs 20-30 minutes of exercise every day.  You can accomplish more when you are mentally alert.  By eating right and exercising your body, mind, and spirit, you are better prepared for the demands of work and family.

This is not an aerobic class, but rather focuses on core strengthening and meditation on scripture and Christian music.   Age is not a factor nor an excuse - flab can be changed to fit when you decide to move your body.  The class works on a level to meet all needs in the challenge of being fit and pleasing to God in all things.

  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 to 8:15 am and 9:00 to 9:45 am.
  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:00 to 5:45 pm.
