Facility Use

  1. It is recommended that each group select one person who is responsible for scheduling all on-site activities.
  2. All activities at Long’s Chapel must be scheduled through the church office, through your staff representative.
  3. One month advance notice is highly recommended.
  4. With the current space limitations, groups with standing reservations may be asked to switch rooms from time to time.

 

Please notify the church office if you cancel a scheduled event, switch rooms with another group, or encounter a time conflict with another group.
