THE ENCOUNTER ELEMENT

The Encounter Element is your midweek invitation to stay connected with friends and God through deeper Bible study and awesome mentorship with amazing adult leaders.   The Encounter Element is designed for teenagers who desire further spiritual growth and challenge in a closer fellowship with friends who are same age and gender.  Students are given the opportunity for a very meaningful encounter with God and each other and allows for discussion, honesty, vulnerability, encouragement, and fun.   Our small group ministry leader is Bill Jarrell, who has over 30 plus years ministering to teens all over the country!  He can be reached by emailing him at Billjarrell0831(at)yahoo.com.

• Senior High Guys   (9th-12th grades)   Meet with Bill Jarrell and Russ Woods in The Underground 6pm-8pm          
• Middle School Guys   (6th-8th grades) Meet with Graham Ebaugh and Al Tenan in the church office Basement, Movie Room 6pm-7:30pm
• Senior High Girls   (11th-12th grades) Meet with Lorrie Woods and Lisa Fisher in the church office in Shawn's office 6pm-8pm
• Senior High School Girls   (9th-10th grades) Meet with Tori Benitez and Karen Wilson in church office Basement, Temple Room 6pm-7:30pm
• Middle School Girls  (6th Grade)  Meet with Kerrie Reinert and Cindy Simson in the Martin House 6pm-7:30pm

• Middle School Girls  (7th-8th grades)  Meet with Stacey Hammett in the Martin House 6pm-7:30pm

• "Bill has been working with teenagers for over 30 years and now serves as our small groups coordinator!  Bill is married to Becky and they are proud parents and grandparents.  They live in Waynesville with their dog, Sasha."
