Long's Chapel Children's Ministries!
Long’s Chapel has varied programs that provide children both physical and spiritual care during church activities and services. We also offer tuition based childcare during the week as a service to parents
and as an opportunity for socialization and advancement of young children. With these opportunities, we seek to enrich children's lives through books and stories, art and music, ritual, cooperative learning, loving adult attention, and fellowship. We make available to them and their families the resources of faith, celebration, care and concern, support and love provided by dedicated teachers and caregivers.
In 3 John 4, the scripture says “I have no greater joy than to know that my children are walking in the truth”...this is how we feel each time we see and hear of our children growing, building and exploring their faith! Joy is a vital part of the Christian journey, and we hope that our children can come to learn and experience how great and how deep and how wide is the love of Christ.
Children's Ministries is structured to provide age appropriate programs for children, from age 6 months through elementary school grade 5. Additionally, after school child care is available for children ages 6-12.
