A special concert to benefit Long's Chapel's first Family Mission will be held on Sunday, Aug. 1, at 4 pm in the Sanctuary. It will feature 13-year-old harpist Samantha Mulholland. Joining Samantha will be other mission team members including Leah Mehaffey, Director of Children's Ministries. The team, composed of several families, will travel to Nicaragua Aug. 6-13 where they will work at an orphanage and aid in the construction of houses. It is our hope that the family mission team will make a difference in the lives of youth and families as we serve others in Nicaragua. Please come to this concert as it promises to be an uplifting and inspirational experience.
