You matter! You matter to God, and because of that you matter to the people at Long’s Chapel. That’s the character we seek to become as a church. It describes our personality and mission: "To reach people for becoming devoted followers of Jesus Christ." Our aim is to help people find a place to belong and discover a place to connect with God and others.

Rich blessings, which come from being a part of the fellowship of God’s family, happen when we participate in community. Thanks for checking us out! The information in this website seeks to acquaint you with the many ministries of Long's Chapel UMC. I hope you browse the diverse activities, which characterize a unique and fully alive church. We have contemporary and traditional worship services, great small group life, spiritual growth opportunities, dynamic children's and youth ministries, and a deep heart for missions like the Open Door Soup Kitchen we operate.

Beyond just information, though, we hope this site gives you a sense of the love, friendliness, and compassion, which defines us as a family.
